  • A Long Weekend in Adelaide

In June, I visited to Adelaide for the first time ever! I went for a weekend of good food and wine to celebrate my birthday. Here is a long overdue recap of the highlights!

  • Aussie Agriculture at the Show

The Sydney Royal Easter Show is back and it’s as good as ever. Walking through the gates at 9am on the first day, we were some of the first of the 900,000 people expected to attend this year’s Show. We had a fantastic day full of fun and of course, food! • The Sydney Good Food & Wine Show 2015

The Sydney Good Food and Wine Show is the one event I look forward to each year like a kid waiting for Christmas. I was one of the first people through the door last Friday morning when the show opened at Olympic Park. With a good foodie friend beside me we spent the day exploring the offerings of this mega food event. We met some wonderful people behind the food and wine labels, excitingly we unearthed a few from Western Sydney!

  • The Sydney Wine Centre

Psst, guess what? We’ve found out about one of the best kept secrets of all time. Sydney has a wine centre. Yep, that’s right, just a train and tram ride away in Pyrmont, the Sydney Wine Centre sits above a bottle shop on Harris Street, where you can taste your way through Europe or brush up on your fancy-pants vino-lingo.
